Welcome back! What’s New?

Hello! Welcome back! We trust you had an amazing holiday break and took some well-deserved time off to re-energise for the new year.

Start your year off strong with our Malibu C Core Class taking place on Sunday 9th January 2021 at The P4h Academy in Milton Keynes. Many of your clients come to you with problems that can easily be fixed by Malibu C wellness remedies and your strong recommendation. The Malibu C Core Class does just that by equipping you with the technical learning and knowledge of their wellness remedies. Malibu C has a unique family of products waiting to make it on to your shelf – learn the ins and outs on Sunday 9th January.

New Education Programs:

This year, we have prepared the best schedule line up, with some new additions!

Undergad Program: You called, and we answered. The much-awaited prequel to the Graduate program is here. Your apprentices learn under the expert teaching from Richard Tidey and experience their first chance at cutting and understanding the importance of the customer journey plus much more. This program provides the perfect stepping stone into the world of hairdressing, so your apprentices begin their career with confidence.

Stylist Accelerator: This program completes the trio of Richards’ education programs. The program is designed for stylists who are looking to expand their career further and willing to take the courageous actions to really stand out on the salon floor. Salon owners can create a team of ‘accelerating’ stylists, making their salon the best on the high street. With approximately three or four salons local to your own, it is a race to provide the best service to the local client pool. You’ve done all you can by learning, building, and recruiting; now pass the baton to your team to continue the race with customer service, up to date trends and technical skills.

Foundation Colour: Trusting in a new product can be daunting; especially colour! That’s why we are introducing Foundation Colour where educators trained by Sens.us teach all things Sens.us colour. It lays down a strong base for any stylist serious about trusted colour and how preferred technical methods can impact the overall finish on any client. The best comes from individuals passionate about what they do – what can be better than learning from those passionate individuals?

Bleach: Navigating bleach can be difficult, no matter how long you have been in the industry simply because all hair types are different, and every component can cause a different action or reaction. However, it isn’t unpredictable. With the correct knowledge and understanding, we can understand potential outcomes and plan accordingly. That’s what this program sets out to do. Dive in and expand your bleach knowledge with hands on learning and mentorship.

We are so excited to launch this year’s programs and look forward to seeing you all at the P4h Academy! If you would like to book on to a program or have any queries, please contact Milka (milka@passion4hair.com).

What else is new?

This year we will see the launch of Sens.us Holi which draws its inspiration from India’s Holi Festival and its celebration of life. Holi s a mild, PPD and ammonia-free demi permanent colour service for natural, coloured, or bleached hair.

Keep an eye out for more information across emails and social media.

Warm wishes,

Passion4hair Team x
